TRADE INFO

The Shows weekend camping and day attendance grows from year to year but we have started to limit our trades stands to only 20 pitches' which give our Traders better selling power because we are not flooded with to many stands selling the same as each other,

But you need to get in early to secure your pitch.

TRADE PLOT DETAILS

  All trade bookings are for full weekend

  All plots are 8 mtr deep
  Pitch Prices Start at £110 for a 4 mtr frontage 

plus £22 per mtr for any extra needed

unless bought early bird

Price includes whole weekend camping (on your plot)
  All plots are outside and on grass.
  Night trading available 
 

TRADE RULES 

These are here for the safety of our show visitors and other traders.  There are no exceptions to any of these rules

 Generators are welcome but must be positioned as not to disturb other traders or campers.

NO loud music / heavy bass / booming car stereos. No noise after 12am

No glass bottles or drinking glasses

Only agreed food can be sold in Trade plots

YOU CAN NOT SELL silly string, air horns, stink bombs, legal highs, fireworks, Chinese lanterns

TRADING TIMES

Thursday : 10am-12pm setup
Friday : 7am-12pm setup / 12pm-12am trading
Saturday : no setup / 9am-12pm trade
Sunday : no setup / 9am-5pm trade

Insurance

All stand owners must bring their liability insurance documentation with them for inspection.
